National
Agency for the Placement and Protection of Indonesian Workers ( BNP2TKI
) is a non-departmental government agency in charge of implementing the
order and mandate of the President . Establishment of these institutions to provide protection and security of the Indonesian workers overseas venture . But
this time the effectiveness of the institution established on the basis
of Presidential Regulation No. 81 of 2006 is not maximized , the number
of cases of violence , harassment and other cases are still many
experienced inhumane . Agency
is also working with the Ministry of Manpower and Transmigration of the
Republic of Indonesia ( Manpower) and the Ministry of Social Affairs in
an effort Placement and Protection of migrant workers abroad as
stipulated in Law No. 39 of 2004 .
